Energy Efficiency Optimization for Machining of Wood Plastic Composite

Enhancing energy efficiency is the key to realizing green manufacturing. One major area of interest in this regard improvement machine tools during production building materials. This project focuses on spiral milling wood plastic composites. To end, a response surface method was adopted develop model and establish relationship between conditions. Analysis variance based individual factors as well two-factor interactions performed gauge their effects efficiency. It found that depth positively correlated power efficiency, while angle feed per tooth displayed non-monotonic behavior. An attempt made predict conditions will yield greatest material removal rate For composites subjected up-milling, it determined 0.1 mm, 1.5 70° were ideal. Considering potential improvements quality these process parameters bring, strongly recommended for use industrial machining
